Để đối phó với cái nắng Tây Nam, ngôi nhà sử dụng cấu trúc ba mái hai tầng với hệ mái đua thấp giúp ngăn bức xạ nhiệt trực tiếp. Dù diện tích hạn chế, những mảng xanh vẫn được lồng ghép khéo léo để làm mềm hóa hình khối, mang lại sự cân bằng cho không gian.
Ngay từ lối vào, sự kết nối liên hoàn giữa gara, khoảng vườn nhỏ và không gian khách - bếp giúp mở rộng tầm nhìn, xóa tan cảm giác chật hẹp. Chúng tôi lựa chọn ngôn ngữ tối giản, triệt tiêu các chi tiết thừa để ưu tiên cho công năng và sự mạch lạc trong giao thông. Với công trình này, nét hiện đại không chỉ nằm ở vật liệu mà còn hiện diện trong cách sắp xếp không gian thông minh. Hơn cả một bản vẽ, chúng tôi tin rằng chính văn hóa sống và sự gắn bó của gia chủ theo năm tháng mới là thứ tạo nên "linh hồn" thực sự cho ngôi nhà.

To cope with the southwest sun, the house utilizes a two-story, three-pitched roof structure with low eaves to prevent direct heat radiation. Despite the limited space, green areas are cleverly integrated to soften the form and bring balance to the space.
From the entrance, the continuous connection between the garage, the small garden, and the living-kitchen area expands the view and eliminates the feeling of confinement. We chose a minimalist design language, eliminating unnecessary details to prioritize functionality and flow. With this project, modernity lies not only in the materials but also in the intelligent arrangement of space. More than just a blueprint, we believe that it is the living culture and the long-term commitment of the homeowners that truly create the "soul" of the house.
